Large-scale rural accommodation, which has 360 square meters of construction in which guests will find all the space to their liking.

It is located within the urban area of the town of Oliva de Plasencia, in the province of Cáceres. This allows visitors to discover all the beauty of its heritage and the nature of the places that surround the town.

The house is built completely in stone, so that it achieves the aesthetics of traditional architecture without giving up the most modern elements that guarantee the comfort of today's guests.
It has the capacity to accommodate a total of 11 people, although it is possible to add extra beds up to 15 places. It is also possible to rent each room separately or the house as a whole, thus offering solutions for all types of groups.

The ground floor of the house has the following spaces:

• A kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.
• A complete bathroom, for common use by groups.
• A living room with a dining area, equipped with 2 wooden tables, chairs, bar counter, sofa, armchairs (poof) and television.

There is an external store for customers with typical products from the area.

The first floor has 3 rooms, which are:

• 2 double rooms, furnished with single or double beds. Each one has its ownbathroom.
• A triple room, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It also has a full bathroom.

On the second floor is the last room, a duplex type and divided into 2 spaces. It has a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom. It also has its own terrace.

The accommodation has other spaces for common use: Relaxation room on the second floor, terrace solarium with views of the entire valley and free parking area.

It has a relaxation room (capacity 2 people) with a whirlpool bathtub and sauna, at the request of the client with an additional cost per couple at a specific time (max. 2 hours).

The environment in which this accommodation is located is completely natural, perfect for coming into contact with the native vegetation and enjoying some adventure activities.

Places such as the Jerte Valley and its hiking trails and waterfalls, Monte Valcarchero, the Vera Valley and its natural pools, the Sierra de Gata, the Hurdes, Ambroz and the Granadilla Lands are really close to the house.

In these places it is possible to practice climbing, hiking, bicycle routes, high mountain routes, canyoning, climbing, caving, canoeing or skiing and snowshoeing in the Covatilla.

Those who prefer cultural tourism will have places of interest to visit around Oliva de Plasencia, such as the church of San Blas, the palace of the Counts of Oliva, ruins of the Roman city of Caparra, the City of Plasencia or Cáceres.
