This wonderful rural house is located in the municipality of llucmajor. The town is very close to the capital, palma. 

The location is great, since it has the advantage of being away from everything, in a place of mountain, but in turn it has the proximity of municpios of interest, the capital and above all, of the sea.

This fantastic Casa Rura l is a trip to the past. The house is decorated with multiple utensils and very anitiguous objects and with a lot of history. All construction is stone. Although it has decorative objects of the oldest and most traditional of the island, it is fully adapted to the current border. It has been restored recently.

All these objects are in a space-museum, retaining tools and objects of the oldest rural tradition on the island.

The property has more than 70,000 m2, of which 250 m2 are built. A fact that certifies the peace and tranquility of the place, since it has a great extension that moves it away from the worldly noise.

The farm is designed for a maximum of 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds in all of them. Each of the rooms is inspired by a classic and historical style with very neutral details to offer comfort and comfort to its guests.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a wide living room, a kitchen fully equipped and a barbecue abroad, with furniture of garden.

The kitchen has oven, microwave, fridge and all kinds of cooking utensils necessary. There are also free free wi-fi throughout the house and a tv via satellite.

Mennos of 10 minutes by car, you can visit in urban nucleus of llucmajor. It has a beautiful historic center worth visiting. The best places in it are: the monument of Jaime III, the fish market and many restaurants and classic bars and traditional of the area.

There is a coke weekly market very visited by visitors and residents. It is celebrated every Friday and fruits, vegetables, clothing and otrs are offered products of interest. We cannot forget the magnificent church of Sant Miquel, the second largest in Mallorca.

As for beaches and coves, the most recommended are: is Trenc, Sant Jordi neighborhood, ses couvetes, Portitxol, Cala Estancia or Cala Pi.
