Description of Sa Vinya d en Palerm
This rural house is located in the Ibizan municipality of San Juan de Labritja, with just over 1000 inhabitants, with a farm of 8 hectares of its own full of forest and olive trees.
The first impression that we take of the house is, apart from the surrounding environment, the facade maintained in its original structure built in wood, visible in its porxo of beams, and its wide stone walls painted in the typical white of Ibiza, and the aroma emanating from the flowers that have been strategically planted throughout the garden.
Within the house itself, the rooms are divided into 5 double rooms thus reaching its maximum capacity of 10 people. These rooms are similar, the decoration being the only difference between them:
As common area for all guests, and adding details such as Wi-Fi or air conditioning, we have a large swimming pool surrounded by a solarium with hammocks and tables with chairs.

- As if that were not enough, each bedroom has a furnished terrace from where we can enjoy the incredible views of the estate.

Surrounded by 8 hectares, with its own forest of native plants such as carob, almond and fig trees, we are presented with an ideal environment in which to walk and enjoy nature in its purest form.
If we don't mind taking the car, 2-3 kilometers away we have the towns of Sant Miquel and Sant Mateu, perfect for taking a walk around its historic center and marveling at its architecture with a special shine thanks to the climate, already so only 15 kilometers away is the city of Ibiza, a magical place with thousands of corners to fall in love with.
Last but not least, a visit to the incredible coves and beaches that are just a few minutes from the farm, such as Cala Martina, cannot be missed on our trip.
