- A very spacious and modern kitchen in which we have a countertop with beige cabinets and red details, where we have stored the different elements of the kitchenware and the appliances to cook at home. In addition, we have an island in the center, with direct views of the outdoor areas and that ends in a bar with stools in red.
- A spacious and luxurious living room in which we have several armchairs in upholstered brown tones that face a spectacular front in which the plasma television and the wood-burning fireplace are integrated. Just behind the armchairs are the glazed arches that give access to the porch. On one side, between the kitchen and the living room, we have a large wooden table with red chairs and access to the outside.
- 4 spacious double bedrooms, distributed so that one of them is a spectacular suite with a double bed in front of the windows and next to which there is a red sofa. In addition, the suite has dressing room and a bathroom complete with bathtub and shower. The 3 remaining rooms are distributed in such a way that one of them has a double bed and a private bathroom, the next has a pair of single beds and a bathroom, while in the last case, we have a bedroom with a couple of beds. X

- A large porch, roofed and with umbrellas, where we have a large dining table, with its set of chairs so that you can all eat together.
- An elongated solarium area, with hammocks in front of the pool of the house. X
