Orilla del Huéznar

In Cazalla de la Sierra, on the right bank of the Huéznar, it is where our rural house stands. It is located at the beginning of the Vía Verde of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, a few meters from several hiking and rest areas, surrounded by holm oaks and other fruit trees and native vegetation.

Your 3000 square meters of plot are distributed wonderfully to configure a house with all the comforts and some extra services. Distribute your stays in 2 plants, taking advantage of the slope of the land: in the upper one, to which it is accessed directly from the asphalting access and the parking, we find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, the dining room and the kitchen; On the ground floor, which gives the riverbank and is accessed by an interior staircase or the rear door, it has two bedrooms and a bathroom.

They are in total, then, 4 bedrooms of 10, 14 and 16 square meters, with 2 individual beds each, and full bedroom furniture: cabinets, night tables, and even fans. There is no lack of bedding either, and there are radiators who guarantee heating in the rooms.

In the main stay of the top floor we have the kitchen and the integrated dining room. In the room zone we find a set of chairs and table, and a chimney with a 3 -seater sofa and several earmuff saddlers nearby. There is also a television with DVD, and board games are included, to have a good time entertaining inside the house.

The kitchen will find it wide, with excellent distribution and good equipment. It has American Bar and 2 gas stoves, as well as a most complete dishes. In this space there is also the washing machine, designed to serve during longer stays.

Outside we have a wide terrace and covered porch, which is accessed by the outer ramp or through the ground floor. It has garden furniture and forge tables. A work barbecue culminates the terrace, providing it with the possibility of preparing outdoor meals.

In an insured and easy to monitor we have a children's zone, with swing, slide and exterior toys.

From the barbecue area we can go down some stairs to the water ditch, which provided electric power to the old cork mill. The environment offers all the wonders that it is possible to find in the Natural Park of Sierra del Norte, an important part of the Dehesas Biosphere Reserve of Sierra Morena, with both natural and rural attractions.

Its proximity to the Vía Verde de la Sierra make this one of the first points of interest to point out. In it are the natural monument of the Huéznar waterfalls.

In San Nicolás del Puerto there is a Roman bridge over the river, and following the riverbank they can find the Cerro del Hierro, the most visited monument in Andalusia, an old Roman mining exploitation.

Near we have Cazalla de la Sierra, a beautiful town from which numerous paths leave and houses graves and archaeological remains of the Neolithic and the calcolithic, such as the Cuevas de Santiago, as well as medieval and Arab era monuments.

the Pedroso is another interesting town in the area to visit, surrounded by pastures and groves, and with interesting architectural heritage in which the Church of Our Lady of Consolation is highlighted, of Gothic-Mudéjar style.

The opportunity to visit as many locations in the area should not be overlooked, such as Constantina, Guadalcanal and Las Navas de la Concepción, all of them peoples with great tradition and artistic and cultural samples of great value.
