El Alto de la Vía

This beautiful rural house is in full nature, surrounded by groves of the Vía Verde, in Coripe (Seville), and is a backwater of tranquility in direct contact with nature. In this plot of 25000 square meters we can enjoy the wonderful views of the cyclable layout of the green road, the Sierra de Cottonles and the viaduct.

The interior of the house is diaphanous, with the exception of the bathroom. In a space in wooden meter is the bedroom, with 2 marriage beds (one of them a futon); The space is abuhardillado, and the railing gives the ground floor.

The ideal capacity is 4 guests, but can lodge up to 6, with the help of the 2 sofas bed we find in the room. This is the main stay of life, with a firewood stove for the use of guests (not to cook) and space willing to eat and meet comfortably and at pleasure, around the television and the coffee table.

The cuisine, integrated into the same room as the living room, is equipped with the most indispensable to guarantee a stay with all culinary comforts served, with all the dishes arranged in a traditional style cupboard.

The environment offers many possibilities for active and adventure tourism, as well as sports leisure, but it does not fall short of landscapes and culture.

Coripe, the municipality in which the house is erected, is a small villa between olive groves and natural forests. In its surroundings, archaeological findings have been made dating from the lower Paleolithic. Its main monument is the San Pedro Church, built in 1859 on a 18th century temple.

From the house you can see the old Coripe station, now restored as a hotel, and the viaduct under which a stream ran. Also in Coripe we have the Chaparro de la Vega, a gigantic oak of more than 200 years, declared a natural monument by the Junta de Andalucía.

When being in the Vía Verde de la Sierra de Cádiz, it offers the possibility of traveling and discovering its different points of interest. The route runs through the Guadalete and Guadalpun rivers, and crosses the Natural Reserve of the Zaframagón Peñón, a rock formation that acts as a boundary between Cádiz and Sevilla, with an important population of birds, both raptors and corvids.

The Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park is another nearby point that should not be lost. It is a massif located between Cádiz and Malaga, with beautiful orographic sets that throw imposing views, and a wide set of rural places that contain archaeological wonders and important cultural heritage (it is enough
