Our accommodation is within the province of Barcelona, where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts, and spectacular views of the Alt Penedès region, in the population of Olèrdle.

This is n Traditional accommodation of the nineteenth century, where its interiors have thought so that our guests feel at home.

It has capacity for 10 people that they will be able to enjoy the best rest inside, and fun in external areas, between the following spaces:

• a broad room with 52 square meters, in which on the one hand we have the set of the armchairs next to a forge stove, and just ahead, the dining room with table and chairs.

• A dining kitchen very bright, in which the yellow tone brings you a lot of life. We have a elongated table wood with chairs for everyone around, and then the kitchen in which the appliances and the outer are found.

• 2 full bathrooms, in which you will find among the toilets, the showers in each case.

• 5 double bedrooms, that are distributed in such a way that 4 of them have a marriage bed, while the remaining room, which could be perfectly for children, has a bunk.

In the external areas, the house consists of:

• A landscaped exterior space, in which we find a roofed meeting area, with table and banks.

• A barbecue to cook outdoors.

• perfect pool for children in shallow depth.

To take into account:

• there is an additional cost to the price, for output cleaning. It is not a cleaning during your stay. 

• Tourist Rate additional per person and night.  all people will be recorded who stay in housing, both adults and children.  visitors are not allowed. 

• They must deliver a security bail before entering the house that will return a few days after their stay after checking that there is no damage at home.

• The parties and events are not allowed in any case. 

• Only reserves over 30 years and families with children will be accepted. 

• The pets are welcome, always with the previous confirmation and acceptance of the owner. 

• Payments are through bank transfer only. Always in advance.
