Our accommodation is located within the province of Barcelona, where you will be able to enjoy the best amenities, and spectacular views of the Alt Penedès region, in the town of Olèrdola.

It is a traditional accommodation from the 19th century, where its interiors have been designed to make our guests feel at home.

It has capacity for 10 people who will be able to enjoy the best rest inside, and fun in the outdoor areas, among the following spaces:

• A spacious living room with 52 square meters, in which on one side we have the set of armchairs next to a wrought iron stove, and just in front, the dining area with table and chairs.

• A very bright kitchen-dining room, in which the yellow tone brings a lot of life. We have a long wooden table with chairs for everyone around it, and then the kitchen where the appliances and kitchenware are located.

• 2 complete bathrooms, where you will find among the toilets, the showers in each case.

• 5 double bedrooms, which are distributed in such a way that 4 of them have a double bed, while the remaining room, which could be perfectly for children, has a bunk bed.

In theoutdoor areas, the house consists of:

• A gardened outdoor space, in which we find a covered meeting area, with a table and benches.

• A barbecue for cooking outdoors.

• Perfect pool for children with shallow depth.

To take into account:

• There is an additional cost to the price for departure cleaning. This is not a cleaning during your stay. 

• Tourist tax additional per person per night. All people staying in the home will be registered, both adults and children. Visitors are not allowed. 

• They must provide a security deposit before entering the house, which will be returned a few days after their stay after verifying that there is no damage to the house.

• Parties and events are NOT permitted under any circumstances. 

• Only reservations from over 30 years old and families with children will be accepted. 

• Pets are welcome, always with prior confirmation and acceptance by the owner. 

• Payments are by bank transfer only. Always in advance.
