This country house is located at Cuevas de Cañart, a little village of Teruel ideal to spend a few days away from the pollution and bustle of the city.
The house is an old farmhouse in Aragon. The farmhouses are complexes similar to the hamlets dedicated to agricultural activities and run by a family that are very typical in the ancient kingdom of Aragón.
This farmhouse has recently been restored and has divided into 2 apartments that can be rented together or separately.
The one that occupies to us is located in the first plant of the building, has capacity for 5 people and it is divided of the following way:

The one that occupies to us is located in the first plant of the building, has capacity for 5 people and it is divided of the following way:
- 2 double bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The latter has a small sofa that can be opened and give a single bed.
- 2 bathrooms integrated in the rooms for the convenience of the guests. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and towels.
- A living room to relax with a book in front of the fireplace or watching a movie on the television. In addition, the dining table can be used to play entertaining table games.
- A kitchen fully equipped with everything you need so that guests can comfortably perform domestic chores.
- A terrace ample with pergola to enjoy wonderful barbecues outdoors and protected from the sun.
- A parking common to both apartments to be able to leave the car without difficulty.

Cuevas de Cañart is a quiet Teruel village located east of this province.
