This farmhouse is a rural house located in the municipality of La Baronia de Rialb, in Lleida.
It was rehabilitated and provided with numerous amenities that you can enjoy during your stay.
The rural house has 3 floors, ideal for 15 people, which makes it ideal for families and groups of friends.
The spaces, on the first floor, accessible to disabled people, are distributed as follows:
- A large living room with fireplace and sofas, to warm up in the winter season
- 2 complete double rooms, decorated in a simple and functional way
- A large shared bathroom for the two bedrooms
On the upper floor we find a large open space where there is:
- A large living room with an American kitchen with all the necessary utensils

- 2 bedrooms: one double and the second, double
- A complete bathroom to provide coverage for the guests of both rooms
The third and last floor is where the remaining 4 rooms are located: one double, two doubles and one last single; and also, three shared bathrooms ; two with shower and one with bathtub.
Its impressive exterior has a porch with a terrace, a garage enabled as a leisure area with ping pong, table football and board games where you can have fun with the family or play on the paddle tennis court, and an impressive covered pool with views of the forest and the Rialb reservoir.
