This old rural accommodation is located in Catalan territory, specifically in a small village in Girona located between the beautiful landscapes that offer the Garrtoxa and l'Alt Empordà. His great capacity and his 2 floors are ideal to house a group of about 14 people.
The accommodation has a large room where there is, in the first instance, 3 sofas around a coffee table and a TV flat screen. On the other side of this great room and of diaphanous form another rest space is located with a sofa and 2 armchairs. The entire living room is decorated with rustic elements and restored antique furniture.
The dining room is located in parallel and has a large round table and a rectangular one, with full capacity for 15 diners. With ceilings with wooden beams and stone walls, the dining room also has a very cozy and rural feel. The house also has a large room with 2 sofas and a fireplace, whose walls are fully stone lined.
The kitchen consta of a American bar with 2 stools and is completely renovated. It has completely modern furniture and new appliances like the fridge, the ceramic hob or the oven.
The house is divided into different rooms. Consisting of 3 double bedrooms, some with bed of marriage, and other 2 multiples, with 4 and 5 beds each. All of them have their own wardrobe, chest of drawers and windows that give them luminosity.
In this accommodation there are 4 bathrooms, 2 of them are fully equipped with sink and bath or shower, one is located on the ground floor and one in the first and the other 2 are small toilet s.
Outside, the house has a spacious terrain to carry out outdoor activities, has park for the little ones and with pool to enjoy the warm days.
