Description of Maderolum
Our home is located in the municipality of Maderuelo, near the medieval villages of Ayllón, Sepúlveda and Peñaranda de Duero as well as the 2 natural parks of Duratón and Riaza.
This accommodation has a capacity for 10 people distributed in 5 independent apartments with capacity for 2 people each.
The house is a old farmhouse that has been remodeled respecting the ancient architecture but adding all the amenities so that our visitors feel at home.
The facade is entirely made of stone and is decorated with details of wood in windows and doors.
In the interior we managed to save the hydraulic floor of yesteryear and we have restored furniture with wood.
We have a common living room equipped with comfortable sofas positioned around a wood-burning fireplace.
This room is decorated with wooden beams and exposed stone walls. We can relax or rest after a hectic day after visiting the possibilities of the environment.
It has 2 other totally independent smaller living rooms available to our guests.
