We are only 20 kilometers from the beautiful town of Aranda de Duero, the capital par excellence of the Ribera de Duero wine denomination of origin. This land has been dedicating itself for centuries to the production of grape wines of a high quality recognized even internationally, coming to compete in a friendly and respectful way with the famous Rioja.
In this town we can walk its charming streets where we can enjoy traditional Castilian gastronomy cooked in many cases in wood-fired ovens fed by the branches resulting from the growth of the vine, and it is that even the kitchen in this enclave revolves around the grape. In one of its premises dedicated to restoration we can visit its ancient underground cellars, in some exceptional cases even dating back to the 13th century.
