San Pablo de los Montes has a total of 1,805 inhabitants. This municipality has close proximity to Retuerta del Bullaque, a municipality in the province of Ciudad Real, and to Hontanar, Menasalbas and Las Ventas with Peña Aguilera.

In the vicinity of the house you can practice hiking or cycling. There are very interesting routes, where you can discover wonderful corners surrounded by nature.

This cozy rural house is designed for a maximum of 12 people, distributed in 6 bedrooms. In 4 of the rooms there are 2 single beds, and in the remaining 2 there are 2 double beds. All rooms are well equipped and adapted to the needs of their guests.

The house offers very interesting common areas. There is anoutdoor pool, a patio, garden, outdoor dining area, terrace, kitchen, living room and bathroom. 

Outside there is a dining or picnic area, which has a barbecue and a wood oven. This area is equipped with tables and chairs and backed by an awning. 

A perfect place to spend some beautiful and quiet days, surrounded by nature and with all the necessary comforts.

What historical buildings should you visit in San Pablo de los Montes?

• Hermitage of the Virgin of Gracia:this hermitage has a particular characteristic, in which it is said that the image of the Virgin of Gracia appeared under its altar
• Roman mines: in these mines lie remains of iron and metals that are reduced to gallery entrances.
• Church of the Conversion of Saint Paul:It has a peculiar cross shape. Inside you can see some Mudejat brick arches and wooden beams, which give shape to a vaulted ceiling.
• Convent of the Barefoot Augustinian Fathers: a granite stone convent, with beautiful red brick arches, which still preserve the outlines of the typical organization of the convents of yesteryear.
• Snow Well: It is large. In the past, its use was due to the storage of ice and snow, in order to preserve food.

One of the most popular excursions in the area is the climb to Peñafiel Peak. It has a medium difficulty, from the town you can reach a geodesic column, which indicates the highest point. The route will take you through a pine and oak forest, with a somewhat rocky ending, which sometimes includes a small climb to reach the top.
