Description of Las Cuatro Estaciones
This adorable house was built in 1925. Recently renovated (2019), it has become the ideal place to stay for a while in Amposta (Tarragona). It is a large home that can accommodate 10 people, in the following rooms:
Each floor is made up of a loft dedicated to each of the rooms. They are themed, so that the colors of the furniture and decoration evoke spring, summer, autumn and winter. You can also access the roof terrace of the house, which has views of the city as well as a barbecue area. It is a recommended place to sunbathe, or look at the stars at night.
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. They are decorated with soft colors and curious elements. One of them has a pair of pastel pink and blue guitars on the bed, while another has a large painting of the coast. They have white nightstands on the sides and lamps. The bedrooms are usually open spaces connected to other rooms in the house. Ornaments abound, and as furniture there is usually a chair with blankets. They can open onto one of the building's balconies.
- 2 bedrooms with a single bed each. They are in a space with grayish walls. On the ceiling there is an old crystal chandelier. The beds have plenty of cushions each, and between them is a nightstand with two drawers. They are open spaces that usually lead to the living room of the relevant loft.
- 4 bathrooms. There is one for each floor, and all are equipped with a shower, covered by a curtain with different patterns. Each bathroom is decorated in a different way according to the aesthetics of the different floors of the house, but they all also have a toilet, as well as a ceramic sink and a bathroom mirror.
- Hall. They are usually in rooms with several windows that provide lighting. All feature a long Chesterfield style sofa, 2 of which can be converted to double sofa beds. The floor of the living rooms is usually made of mosaics that give it an old but regal appearance. There is TV and various decorations like potted plants hanging from the ceiling.
- Kitchen. They are simple spaces with some basic elements, in which white predominates. They usually have 4-burner ceramic hob, in addition to microwave and a refrigerator. The washing machine is also located in this place, next to the boiler. There is some furniture to store the utensils and some food.
