La Xaconera d' Ardenya

This impressive rural house is located in La Riera de Gaia, a municipality of just over 1,500 inhabitants located in the province of Tarragona. 

The municipality is surrounded by nature, but it is close to the city, you will reach Tarragona in just 15 minutes. If you come fromBarcelona, the journey lasts approximately one hour.

The interior of the house has the capacity to accommodate up to a maximum of 21 people (one of them in an additional bed). Inside you will find:

6 rooms: 5 of the rooms are composed of a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people; while the sixth houses a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bunk bed. The rooms areinspired by the old stables that made up the premises, proof of this are, for example, the windows, which are surrounded by beautiful stone drawings. In the rooms you will find closets and chests of drawers to leave your luggage. In addition, they have television, air conditioning and heating.

6 bathrooms: each of the rooms has its own bathroom. Some of them have a shower with a hydromassage column, perfect for relaxing after a long day. There is no shortage of towels or courtesy items in the bathrooms.

Living room: in a building separate from the rooms is the dining room. A large space with capacity for 40 people full of light thanks to the large windows that surround it. Inside you will find afireplace to warm you up on the coldest days of the year.

The house is immersed in an ecological estate of more than 70,000 square meters, where you will find:

• An ecological garden, where several plants of various species and fruit trees are grown.

• Afarm, with ducks, chickens, turkeys... and several other animals raised in the wild.

• A barbecue area, to enjoy eating outdoors.

• A swimming pool, with sun loungers for the summer.
