With capacity for 7 people, the accommodation is perfect for those who want to spend a few days away from the entire urban area. The property, with an architecture typical of a Catalan farmhouse, has centennial walls, which preserve their original structure made of stone and wood reinforcements. And we say preserved because the house underwent a remodeling in 2005, through which the best features of our time such as air conditioning were added to its already rustic character.

We are going to know in detail the division of the 200m2 that the home has:

• Living room – dining room: on the one hand, the wooden table, suitable for all the diners in the house. On the other hand, the living room, where several sofas are distributed in front of the television and a beautiful fireplace.

• Kitchen: large in size, with a marked prominence of granite, since it is this material that displays a huge countertop on and under which all the appliances sit. It has dishwasher and microwave among others.

• 3 bedrooms: suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with double bed and dressing room with single bed. And the third room with 2 single beds. Rooms with colorful walls, which contrast with the dark tones of the wood, which dominates with its presence in the furniture. One of them has its own bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.

Monells is a municipality where I live far from Girona. The town is involved in a great historical tradition, the same one that makes its structure visible around the walls of its old castle.
