- A dining room annex to the kitchen with sofas, tables and a fireplace. They are separated by an American bar. The table seats 10 people, and sofas are placed in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is furnished with a wooden countertop, in which the appliances are fitted, and cabinets.
- 4 double bedrooms with single beds. All of them have bedding. Some of them are attic, but they all have wooden ceilings.
