Inside this first house we show you now, there are capacity for a maximum of 6 people, which will have at your disposal, the following rooms:
- a complete kitchen, that has a main front in which the household and appliances is located, so you can cook quietly. In addition, in front is the dining room.
- an adjoining room to the kitchen, which has a set of elements for your rest, as is the case of the sofas, which look forward in which we have the plasma television. On one side, a round table with several chairs, and on the other, a wood stove for which we leave you a load.
- There are 3 double bedrooms, which are distributed in such a way that one of them has a marriage bed; while the 2 left, have a couple of individual beds each of them. everyone has a full bathroom, except one of them, which includes bathtub.

- A porch with table and chairs, and views of the landscaped area.

- A botanical garden zone with many species, and a pool for summer.
