- A large living room, in which we have on one side a dining area with a pair of large elongated tables with their set of chairs while on the side, we have the rest area with a set of armchairs upholstered in blue color that look towards the furniture in which we have the plasma television. X
- S1xxx next door, with chairs.
- 4 complete bathrooms, equipped so that you will have hydromassage cabin or jacuzzi, as well as a functional toilet and several sets of towels. X
- 4 large bedrooms, distributed so that one of them is located on the ground floor and has a double bed and a single bed, while on the upper floor there are the remaining 3 rooms, equipped with marriage in each case.
- A wine cellar in which you will find a comfortable upholstered sofa in brown leather in front of the fireplace, and with a game area with pingpong among others.
Already in the exterior, we have:
- A spacious back porch, equipped with table and chairs to spare.
- An area of elongated patio where the barbecue and the elongated table are located.

Spectacular recently inaugurated house in the Sierra del Guadarrama, just 45km from Madrid capital, very close to the Segovia Aqueduct and the Wall of Ávila.
