Our accommodation is located within the Fuentemilanos area, which is a town that is part of the Segovia province in which to rest.
It is a completely private house that offers outdoor areas for leisure and indoor spaces so you can rest peacefully.
Regarding capacity, it is a house for 10 people who will be able to enjoy 2 complete floors where the following rooms are distributed:

Regarding capacity, it is a house for 10 people who will be able to enjoy 2 complete floors where the following rooms are distributed:
- A spacious living-dining room in which we have a large rest area, equipped with a set of upholstered armchairs that face the front where the furniture with the plasma television is located. At the back of the room we have a dining area with a wooden table and chairs.
- The kitchen is spacious, and has green walls that combine with the white of the worktop and the cabinets, in which the different elements of the kitchenware and the appliances are distributed so that you can cook at home.
- 4 spacious bedrooms, equipped so that 3 of them have a large double bed while, in the remaining one, we have a pair of single beds, with sheets and blankets in all of them and with windows that overlook to outdoor areas.
- In total there are 3 bathrooms of which 2 of them are located on the upper floor, while the third is a courtesy toilet on the ground floor. For all of them we leave you several sets of towels.
- A spacious cellar-type living room on the ground floor, which has a set of armchairs that overlook the wood-burning fireplace and which is located next to a large kitchen, equipped with elements of the kitchenware.L2X XX

- A large porch equipped with table and chairs to eat what you have cooked on the barbecue.
- A patio of 110 square meters in which you will find the pool, surrounded by grass.
- In addition, there is a large garage with capacity for several vehicles.

It is a home for tourist use, located 10 minutes from the center of Segovia by car. It is a very spacious home, which has two large living rooms, one on the ground floor that has a fireplace and another on the first floor, two kitchens, one on each floor, three bathrooms, a patio with a pool and barbecue and a garage for four cars.
We love to make your stay a great experience, striving to make sure you enjoy it as much as possible.
We are very close to Segovia, La Granja de San Ildefonso, Palacio de Riofrío, El Escorial, Ávila, etc....
What the owner pinpoints on the property
What our clients like most is the house itself, where you can rest and enjoy family and/or friends. Also the situation in which it is located, because there is a wide variety of places to visit very close since we are in a very rich area on a cultural and monumental level, as well as on a gastronomic level.
They love the barbecue we have, which is quite large, the pool in the season from June to September, the fireplace for the winter. You can also order typical foods such as suckling pig, of unmatched quality 5 km from the house and eat it there, or paellas, also very close.
In the town there is an airfield where gliding is practiced. It is very curious and in addition, you can hire light aircraft flights around Segovia and the area.
Our clients define the house as very cozy.
What to do in its surroundings?
You can visit Segovia capital (such as the main Aqueduct, Alcázar and Cathedral). You can climb the bell tower of the cathedral where you can enjoy incredible views.
Visit to the town of La Granja, with its palace and gardens.
Visit to the Riofrío Palace, highly recommended with children to see its hunting museum, where different scenes of the area's fauna are recreated.
La Risca de Valdeprados, a unique place, just ten minutes away
As for the province, you can visit Pedraza, Sepúlveda, Las Hoces del Duratón, the Enebralejo de Prádena caves and much more.
Ávila, with its incomparable walls and its old town.
