As for the capacity, it is a house for 10 people that will be able to enjoy 2 plants complete where the following stays are distributed:
- A broad dining room in which we have a wide rest zone, equipped with a set of armchairs upholstered that look forward in which the furniture is with the television plasma. At the bottom of the stay we have a dining area with wooden table and chairs.
- The cuisine is wide, and has green walls that combine with the target of the countertop and the cabinets, in which the different elements of the Mental
- 4 broad bedrooms, equipped so that 3 of them have a wide marriage bed while, in which it remains, we have a couple of individual beds, with sheets and blankets in all of them and with windows that give to the outer areas.

It is a tourist use house, located 10 minutes from the center of Segovia by car. It is a very wide house, which has two large rooms, one on the ground floor that has a chimney and one on the first floor, two kitchens one in each plant, three bathrooms, patio with pool and barbecue and a garage for four cars.
We love making your stay a great experience, trying to enjoy as much as possible.
We are very close to Segovia, the farm of San Ildefonso, Palacio de Riofrío, El Escorial, Ávila, etc....
What our clients like most is the house itself, where you can rest and enjoy the family and/or friends. Also the situation in which it is located, because there is a wide variety of places to visit very close since we are in a very rich area at the cultural and monumental level, as well as at the gastronomic level.
They love the barbecue we have, which is quite large, the pool in the storm from June to September, the fireplace for winter. You can also order typical meals such as the pig, of an unparalleled quality 5 km from the house and eat it there, or paellas, also very close.
In the town there is an airfield where flight is practiced without engine. It is very curious and also, you can hire plane flights by Segovia and the area.
Our clients define the house as very cozy.
You can visit Segovia Capital (as the main aqueduct, Alcázar and Cathedral). You can go up to the Cathedral bell tower where you can enjoy incredible views.
Visit to the town of La Granja, with its palace and its gardens.
Visit to the Palace of Riofrío, highly recommended with children to see their hunting museum, where different scenes of the fauna of the area are recreated.
