La Hermandad de Villalba

We show you the comforts of this beautiful house, owned by former noblemen built in the seventeenth century, which has been completely restored , but retains its charm of an old building.

The house, located in the Extremaduran town of Villalba de los Barros, is located within the urban area, and has a beautiful white facade with beautiful balconies and rustic old-style wooden doors.

It is divided into two floors and can accommodate up to a total of 8 people, if we consider the possibility of adding a extra bed in case of need.
On the lower floor we will find a living room with comfortable sofas, surrounded by an antique decoration, which also has fireplace.

Also, on this floor, you will have a spacious dining room, with fireplace also, and an extensive dining table where you can enjoy your meals surrounded by your fellow travelers.
Next to the dining room is located the kitchen, equipped with appliances and utensils that make your stay comfortable while you cook.

On the upper floor, accessed through some stairs, the three rooms are available that the accommodation has. All of them double, two with a double bed and the third with two single beds. They are spacious rooms with a decoration in line with the style of the house, with careful details.

The house has a total of three bathrooms, one of them on the ground floor which is adapted for people with reduced mobility, and the remaining two remaining on the upper floor, which, one of them, is integrated into one of the rooms with a double bed.

It has amenities such as air conditioning, to better carry the hot summer days, television, and Internet connection, to which you can connect whenever you want.

Inside the house you will have a nice patio with several plants that bring freshness, as well as a salt water pool, which you can use when you want to cool off by taking a dip.
The house does not have private parking, but in its surrounding streets you will have no problem parking your vehicle.
Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.

We are located in the region of Tierra de barros, in the Extremadura province of Badajoz, in the beautiful town of Villalba de los Barros, where you should not miss a visit to its most outstanding monuments, such as its castle or the hermitage.

In its surroundings you can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking routes through its extensive meadows full of olive trees and holm oaks, or also in the nearby reservoir, which bears the same name as the town, canoeing.

Being halfway between Mérida and Badajoz, you can make a visit to both cities where discover their ancient history through their monuments.

In the surroundings you can visit some towns with a great charm, such as Zafra, with its imposing castle, or Jerez de los Caballeros, where you can enjoy a walk through its cobbled streets.
