Description of La Fanega I
Organize your vacation in this rural house and you will see how you will not regret it. It is an entire stone house, within the Pinar de Navares urbanization and belonging to the Ávila Rural Complex.
This is made up of 3 independent homes and for full rental and with different capacities. In fact, both this home and La Fanega II share some facilities, which are paid separately:
And when you enter through the door and go inside you see on the left the living room, which is separated from the kitchen by a bar. This comes fully equipped with all types of appliances (oven, dishwasher and washing machine) as well as complete household items.
On the other side of the bar there are several corner sofas next to the stone fireplace, which is made of the same material as the walls of the house, all made of exposed stone. In the living room there is also a TV.
On a higher level is the dining room, made up of a large wooden table and several matching chairs. Next to it are the stairs that take you to the upper floor where the 4 double bedrooms are located. 2 of them come with a double bed and the others with single beds, and they are totally different from each other.
The house also has 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a hydromassage bathtub. In the surroundings of the Rural House, you have numerous possibilities to enjoy nature and disconnect from the routine.
Some of the activities you can do are: Routes on horseback or by bicycle, hiking, paintball, visit Ávila, fishing, hunting and golf.

Sourroundings of La Fanega I
FromPeñalba De Ávila, a town of just over 100 inhabitants, it is a short distance to the city itself and you can come and do some sightseeing. Here you will see, first of all, the walls, Roman style, which is the only wall preserved in its entirety in the entire country. In addition to being the symbol that represents the city, it is also a World Heritage Site.
Inside you will see different places such as its Cathedral or the Basilica of San Vicente, from the 16th century and with a Romanesque style as seen especially in its north tower. Although you can also visit the Monastery of Santo Tomás, a 15th century convent where there are paintings by Pedro Berruguete and which was once the summer home of the Catholic Monarchs.
