It is a charming rural house located a few kilometers from Ávila capital, in Narrillos de San Leonardo. Ideal house to enjoy a rural environment while visiting Avila and doing gastronomic, oenological and cultural tourism.
The house has a very bright rustic-Provencal decoration and with capacity for 8 people.
It has 4 double rooms, 3 of them with double bed and another with 2 single beds. The house has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and also a toilet. One of the bedrooms and the toilet is located on the ground floor, while the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor.
On the ground floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen , with washing machine and dishwasher included. In addition to coffee maker and toaster for breakfast, among other usual utensils and necessary for long stays.
On this floor there is also the living room and the dining room, with a multimedia television set together with board games. The chairs and the dining table are made of wood, which gives the house an even more rustic touch.
One of the best things in the house is in the outdoor backyard, and weather permitting, you will undoubtedly spend as much time there as possible. It is a terrace with a round table and several armchairs-sofas around it. And if to that we add a barbecue with a wood oven, it is likely that the concept of paradise is very similar to that. All with night lighting. The firewood is included.
