Description of La Espartera
The rural accommodation is located within the province of Granada, in one of its municipalities called A1 Benalúa de Guadix.
Its extension has a single floor which can accommodate a maximum of 2 people who will enjoy a cave house whose facade is already surprising but, inside, the rooms have a special charm that is given by its vaulted ceilings color white.

Outside, our complex has been equipped with a barbecue area with its picnic de stone to eat, or on the porch where the table and chairs are located. In addition, for the hot season, a large pool around which is a row of hammocks. For the little ones, the house has a bounded area where the swings and slides are arranged.

- A kitchen L-shaped, quite cheerful, with a front of tiles of different colors and a granite countertop under which there is a set of appliances in perfect condition, between which the cabinets are mixed, containing in its interior a series of kitchen elements that will help you in the task of cooking.
- A dining room communicated with the kitchen, through an archway that welcomes this room that has, right at the beginning, a dining table with a set of chairs that leave enough space to eat comfortably and spacious. In the part of rest, a pair of sofas of several seats and a fireplace in the front part for which a set of logs is included. As an element to emphasize, the front in yellow color that works as a decoration and that serves as the frame of a painting.
- A bathroom complete with its shower and screen and a series of toilets for daily, easy and comfortable cleaning. In addition, in the furniture in which the washbasin is integrated, a set of towels at your disposal.
- A pretty lordly marriage bedroom with a large bed for 2 people and a dark wooden colonial headboard next to the bedside tables, with their respective lamps. The bedding is also included, with an ecru quilt and brown details.

Our rural house is located at Benalúa de Guadix, a municipality that belongs to the province of Granada.
This territory was raised in the industrial revolution of a couple of centuries ago. Located at almost 1,000 meters of altitude, our accommodation allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the flat areas where the crops predominate that are the main source of income of the area.
In its landscape, the caves are mixed with the most modern constructions, built in their origin, excavated with ease due to the clay composition of their base and which, today, leave a picturesque landscape that is, perhaps, a main attraction.
As for the buildings, the Parish Church of Our Lady of Carmen, religious, is another of the works of art in the area.
