Casa Chica - El Molino de Franchi

Casa Chica is located in a Granada town called Nigüelas. Wrapped between high mountains and coastal beaches, a landscape is created that will allow you to disconnect 100% from your routine and enjoy your stay in total tranquility.

Therural housinghas a maximum capacity for 6 people.

It has a total of 2 full double rooms to which you can add 2 extra beds. ​Both bedrooms are exterior, and have ceilings decorated with wooden beams.

The only complete bathroom has a bathtub.
The living room with fireplace is furnished with red sofas, a side table and a dining table. It also has decoration with anciently preserved ornaments. It is a very cozy space where you will feel at home.  Because it has a sofa bed the capacity of the accommodation can be expanded.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a large stone arch. It is spacious and consists of all the appliances and all the essential household items so that you do not lack anything at any time: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

The exteriorr has some common areas, with the other accommodation, such as the large furnished pool and surrounded by flowers and plants of all colors and the stone barbecue equipped where you can enjoy your grilled meals with your closest friends. 

The garden is very large and is full of green areas that decorate the entire exterior.

In addition, at the entrance of the house there is a small private garden in which we have set up a table and several chairs.

In Nigüelas their patron saint festivities stand out, which we celebrate with dances, music, processions and parades. From here we recommend the following activities:

• Tourist excursions through: the town itself, La Alpujarra or the Lecrín Valley, and thus discover each and every one of the most important monuments of these places.

• Granada capital. Highlighted by each monument that makes up the city of the different styles of the people who inhabited the community. We recommend you make an appointment to visit The Alhambra.

• We are very few km from the beaches, so you can spend your summer days taking advantage of the good weather and take a dip or do water sports.

• If you are an adventurer, we suggest you take hiking routes or bicycle tours at different levels, which will allow you to try new experiences that you will surely want to repeat.
