The medieval Castle of the Barony of Castro was located at the foot of a rock of the Huesca town of Estadilla, which now houses this rural house composed of 2 apartments and a special room, and with capacity for 12 people.

The 2 apartments are on the ground floor and have 5 beds each and have a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, a bathroom, a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a double room.

The special room is equipped for 2 people with a double bed, an extra bed and a bathroom.

The municipality of Estadilla pertecene to the county of Somontano de Barbastro, in the Aragonese province of Huesca.

In this village there is a parish and museum hall, the palace of Abbad and the Fountain of the Twelve Years.

Among the activities a to practice in the area is distinguished:

• Water: water skiing, rafting, canyoning, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and hydrospeed.
• Aerial: paragliding, high delta.

In the area there are numerous fields of almond and olive trees, and also of vineyard, where grape varieties such as Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated. In the village you can visit 2 wineries of the Somontano Denomination of Origin. Estadilla celebrates the festival Vinotrufajazz.

The gastronomy de Estadilla stands out for dishes made with products from the garden, such as the apricot, the recau de monte or the pencas with abadejo. In addition, the lamb and the food resulting from the slaughter of the pig (hams, sausages, sausages ...) take on real importance in traditional dishes. In the patronal celebrations the popular food is the traditional "Guiso del Toro".
