This accommodation is within the Community of Madrid, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility and natural space of the municipality of Cercedilla.
It is a spectacular housing located within a farm in the border of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, in which you will enjoy exterior spaces with charm, of the warmth of a family home and the comfort of a housing of 300 square meters.
As for capacity, it is a home for a group of 16 people, although its capacity can be expanded, with an extra cost per additional person. You can enjoy, in its 300 square meters, of the following stays:
- A great living room
- A is the room of being type dispatch equipped with a wooden desk in front of the viewpoint window, and next to a wide bookstore. It also has a sofa that is oriented towards television.
- A wide fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction plate, fridge, express cefettera and all the necessary utensils.
- 6 bedrooms, a double on the ground floor, and the other 5 on a high floor, 3 of them with marriage bed supplementary.
- In addition to all this, we have 3 bathrooms fully equipped with all kinds of toilets, and 2 toilets.
Already in the exterior, the house has the following spaces:
- several terraces with furniture and good views towards the natural areas that surround us.
- A spectacular 2,000 meter garden in which you will be able to enjoy both you and the little ones, since it has swings and a wooden house.
- A spectacular pool (from June 1 to September 1, approximately) so that you can refresh you, in the summer season only, as well as we have a barbecue to cook abroad.
the property asks for a bond and the signing of a contract by the guests in which the rental conditions are detailed and the data of some of those who will stay in our house are requested.
You cannot rent the house for parties. The barbecue must be left clean. pets are admitted.

Our accommodation is within Madrid and specifically, in the Cercedilla Zone, a charming people in which you will be able to disconnect.
It is a quiet house, located at less than an hour from the center of the capital and with an unbeatable location, surrounded by natural spaces.
You can walk to the center of the town, or the mountain for trails that leave less than 100 meters from the door of the house. Enjoy roads such as Water Route , the path of viewpoints or the Roman road, that are a short distance from here.
Among these natural spaces, the Guadarrama National Park, next to what we are and where you are going to discover some of the best hiking and mountain routes.
In the Dehesas you will find a Tyrolin park, horse routes or a public pool in a wonderful enclave.
