La Casona de Clotilde

This accommodation is found in Sardón de Duero, in the Ribera del Duero, the province of Valladolid.

It is a quiet town surrounded by the best wineries in which you will be able to enjoy an absolutely cozy house with a beautiful garden.

It is a accommodation of 500 square meters with a huge garden in which you are going to have fully equipped interior spaces, and exterior designed to enjoy with your family, friends, children and dogs.

Inside there are space for 18 people and two babies that will be able to rest and have fun in the 2 plants of the accommodation, both with all kinds of stays for your tranquility.

The ground floor is distributed:

• 2 bedrooms of which one of them is marriage with two cribs while the second has 3 individual beds.
• A bathroom, to which a functional toilet must be added
• A broad room with sofas and armchairs next to the wood chimney and a great television.
• A broad dining room with a table of wood and a great fireplace of firewood.
• A kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances, thermomix.
• A small winery
• A cleaning room with dryer and washing machine.

The upper p consists of:

• 5 bedrooms that are distributed in: 2 triples, one with a bed marriage and individual, and the second with 3 individual. The following 2 are double, with a marriage bed and 2 individual beds respectively; and finally a quadruple with marriage bed and 2 individual beds.
• 2 full bathrooms in which you will enjoy large spaces with exterior window and the equipment of towels, ALBORNOCES AND PERSONAL CLEANING UTENSILS.
• a charming terrace and views of the garden that is equipped with chairs and tables where you can smoke .

Already in the exterior, the house has:

• A landscaped space very wide with tables and chairs.
• A beautiful centenary laurel whose shadow is a real gift.
