The house is located in Valoria the good and small town that is 26 km from the Valladolid center. Despite its proximity to Valladolid is the sufficient isolated for those we are looking for rest. 

The accommodation has several plants and with maximum capacity for 12 people, it is the perfect accommodation for a large group of friends in search of rest. 

room «Austerlitz« is characterized by the amplitude and the possibility of accessing the outside through a balcony. It has 2 individual beds that make the double bed function.
The second room is composed of other 2 individual beds. In this case the bedroom has a little more turned off.

The third room has a location in the most collected house since it has no possibility of accessing abroad. The colors are more intense and more designed by their immense double bed for a couple.

The fourth room does have windows abroad and has the same youth decoration inspired by vintage movie posters. It has a double bed.

The fifth room is a bit smaller but is also designed for a young couple. He has great lighting for his window in the center.

The sixth and last room is the widest of all also composed of 2 individual beds that when putting together becomes a double bed. 

With respect to the living room this is characterized by its precious Trillo Table of wood. It has 2 sofas very pleasant and a television. 

The cuisine is wide has oven, stogones, coffee maker, fridge, microwave cooking and small appliances.

The winery of the Rural House was an ancient block that is located on the ground floor and its access is made by the patio. It has more than 32 m2 and its decoration pays tribute to the golden age of the 50s and 60s especially to Robert Taylor.

The exterior has a patio with barbecue zone in a small patio. There we have a external dining room with garden and terrace.

Valoria La Buena is a small town in Valladolid that has a lot of historical interest. One of the most important places the Church of San Pedro, declared a good of cultural interest. 

Very close is Cubillas de Cerrato, a town worth visiting. Here we can also see the church of Santa María la Mayor. 

As for the natural environment right next door we have the well -known Pisuegra River.
