This rural house is located in Samaniego, a sparsely populated municipality (no more than 315 people) in the Basque province of Álava. It is the capital of the region of Rioja Alavesa, named for being an important area of vine and wine production.

- Suite with capacity for 3 people. This has a turquoise green four-poster bed that contrasts with the rest of the rustic room. You have access to the door that leads to balcony. It has an own bathroom with shower, as well as 2 bedside tables and a purple armchair, which gives much joy to the entire room.
- 3 double standard rooms: the first with capacity for 2 people where we will have a double bed with a white headboard in a room with stone walls and a window, it also has a private bathroom with all kinds of comforts . The second bedroom has a king size bed with iron headboard and a full private bathroom . The third and last room of this type has 2 twin beds with a wall with a beautiful wallpaper with a vine, evoking the environment where the establishment is located, it has a private bathroom as well.
- One double twin room: this has 2 twin beds with capacity for 2 or 3 people. To make it triple, it is necessary to previously request a c extra mistress. It has a rustic room with elements in stone and carved wood in the headboard and bedside tables. Like the rest of the etsancias this has a private bathroom .
- 2 suites with sloping ceilings. They are located on the top floor of the establishment, in the attic. Each one has a very elegant double bed with a unique and designer headboard. They have wooden beamed ceilings and skylights, so we will enjoy very bright rooms. Each of them also has a full bathroom ceilings.
- Suite for 2 people: This room is the largest in the house. It has a c housekeeper in a bright room with 2 windows and parts of the stone wall and parquet floors. All the decoration is design and elegant. It has a private bathroom like the rest of the rooms.
