Our establishment is located in Etxabarri-Ibiña, in the province of Álava, very close to Parque del Gorbea, a few minutes from the swamp of Vitoria-Gasteiz and 5 five minutes by car.
This is an old dairy completely restored and surrounded by a privileged rural environment, where you can enjoy a few days of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

These are double bedrooms with capacity for 2 people each. 6 of them count as 2 single beds together in very bright rooms with a window and one of them with access to the only balcony of the hamlet. Another has large double bed in a very bright room that has a desk with chair, nightstand, cushions, blankets, window and lamps. All rooms have dimmable lights and a specific color that matches the color of the walls of your bathroom, as well as classic-style wooden ceilings.
- 7 bathrooms, one per room. All these bathrooms have a shower tray with a screen and a very modern and careful furniture style, with straight lines, wood finishes in the furniture and white tiles. In addition, each bathroom is painted with the color of its main room.
- Living room with several tables for several guests, 2 large sofas with side tables, flat screen TV, fireplace. This room is quite spacious with traditional and modern decorations where wooden beams, ceilings and columns are mixed with avant-garde paintings and lamps.
- Full kitchen which can be accessed from the same room. It has a large window that opens to the living room and incorporates a refrigerator, dishwasher and other appliances.
- In the outer there is a large X landscaped patio with very well-kept green lawn with a porch right at the entrance door of the tiled roof farmhouse. It also has an entrance for cars and an area of parking from where a mosaic path leaves which leads to the main entrance of the house.
