The house was completely rehabilitated in the year 2000, respecting the original elements of the traditional architecture of the area.
It is located within the urban area of the town of La Codosera, a small town in the province of Badajoz that has a extensive historical heritage and natural surroundings in which to disconnect.
Both on the exterior and interior of the house you can observe materials such as slate walls, tiles and old and restored wooden furniture.
All of this makes the aesthetic completely rustic, without giving up the comforts that today's guests are looking for.
The house has an area of 214 square meters, where a total of 10 people can be accommodated, divided into 5 double rooms. The rooms in which it is distributed are:
- 3 double rooms, furnished with a double bed.
- 4 double rooms, furnished with single beds.
- 7 complete bathrooms, integrated into the rooms.
- A living room with a dining area where there is a fireplace, armchairs, television and a large table with chairs.
- A kitchen equipped with the usual appliances .

- Patio with barbecue
- Kitchen/living room on the patio with all the comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer...)
The entire home is equipped with central heating and with the rest of amenities such asdishes, bedding, bathroom linens, etc.
