La Casa Grande

In the 1,000 m2 surface area of the house we will find architectural and decorative elements ranging from the 17th century, through the 18th and 19th centuries, to the present day. Doors, knockers, gargoyles or locks are some examples.

It has 12 rooms distributed over its 3 floors for a maximum capacity of 30 people, as it has extra beds and baby cribs to adapt to any need. There is a daily cleaning service for the rooms.

The house also offers a breakfast service every morning. It is a buffet style and consists of local, fresh and natural foods.

In addition, it is possible to reserve lunches and dinners for groups, which can be a menu type with traditional local dishes such as pig's trotters, cheeks in red wine or tripe, or you can also order a barbecue, a paella or a famous local lamb stew.

The facilities for guests' enjoyment and recreation include large common areas and meeting points for gatherings, such as the "La Lumbre" space or the shepherds' benches. In the upper and attic area of ​​the house is the “Las Trojes” living room, an old grain warehouse converted into a cocktail bar with a fireplace, where children and adults can enjoy themselves in a smoke-free environment with the board games available or singing in the karaoke. Some Saturdays you can also enjoy live music.

Talayuelas is one of the first municipalities in Europe in forest area. Approximately half of its term is part of the Natura 2000 Network, and it represents 20 Types of Habitats of Community Interest, of which 5 are priorities, with a predominance of natural Rodeno pine forests on sandstones that host a great diversity of species.

In this town in the Serranía Baja of Cuencathe purest traditions are still alive. You can enjoy “charity” on the day of San Sebastian (January 20), “los mayos” on the night of April 30, the feast of its patron saint Saint Anthony of Padua on June 13 or the Mycological Days in the month of November.
