Our accommodation is located within one of the most charming areas of the province of Valencia, which is the area of Sueca, very close to the beach.
It is a spacious accommodation, a terraced house in which you will be able to enjoy a few days off without space problems, and sharing with family or friends.

Regarding its capacity, it is a house designed for a maximum of 10 people, that you will find among the different floors, the following rooms:
- A very cozy room, in which we have a set of armchairs in which to settle down to enjoy a while watching the plasma television in front, where we also have a beautiful fireplace. Behind the sofa we have a round white dining table with its set of chairs.
- The kitchen is very nice, and is fully equipped so you can cook like at home. We have all kinds of appliances and kitchenware so you can cook like a great chef.
- 5 large bedrooms, of which one of them has a double bed very large, and it is very bright, the remaining 3 also have a bed of double, and the remaining 2, have each one of them a single bed.
- 3 bathrooms. Of all of them 2 are complete and have a shower with its glass partition, while the third is a functional toilet located on the ground floor .
Already in the outdoor areas, the house has:
- A terrace on the top floor with chairs.
- A private patio with table and chairs, and a barbecue.
- A private parking area .
- Community pool and gardens within the urbanization.
