My name is Érika and I manage the accommodation, a flirtatious single -family house in the Maritime neighborhood of Valencia. I am a product designer but I love the management of tourist accommodations thanks to the fact that my partner is dedicated to tourism, so I launched this adventure, we bought this house in the same neighborhood where I grew up, we reformed it whole and, now, we open its doors for those who want to come to visit and enjoy their comforts.
It is a single -family house in a neighborhood where this type of accommodation does not abound, with the charm of past times but with the freshness of a current style. It is very close to everything, from the port of Valencia, the beach, the city of science, neighborhood of the cabanyal and Malvarrosa, shopping centers... and with a very good connection to the center of Valencia since it is 2 minutes from the Metro where its line takes you directly to the center or to the beach. It also has a lovely terrace with lawn and all the comforts of a home.
