My name is Érika and I manage the accommodation, a charming detached house in the heart of the maritime district of Valencia. I am a product designer but I love the management of tourist accommodation thanks to the fact that my partner is dedicated to tourism, so I embarked on this adventure, we bought this house in the same neighborhood where I grew up, we completely renovated it and now we open its doors for those who want to come visit it and enjoy its comforts.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is a single-family house in a neighborhood where this type of accommodation is not abundant, with the charm of past times but with the freshness of a current style. It is very close to everything, the Port of Valencia, the beach, the City of Sciences, the Cabanyal and Malvarrosa neighborhood, shopping centers ... and with a very good connection to the center of Valencia since it is 2 minutes from the bus stop. Metro where its line takes you directly to the center or to the beach. It also has a lovely grassy terrace and all the comforts of home.
