Both houses belong to Ribagorda, a town in Cuenca, but they are in different streets.
The house was, formerly, a point of stop and rest of farmers y merchants. It was dedicated to the lodging approximately during 150 years. Then it was closed and it was unoccupied until it recovered its old function at the moment with all the necessary comforts at present.

This house can accommodate 12 people and has the following facilities divided into 2 floors:
- 6 double rooms with warm colors, which get a cozy and familiar feeling and of which, 3 have a double bed each and the remaining 3 have 2 single beds each. In 5 of them you can add an extra bed, thus achieving a capacity for 17 people. One of the double rooms has a bathroom and all rooms have bed linen and towels for all guests.
- Living room with fireplace, television plus a terrace overlooking the courtyard. The walls of this room are original, they are painted with a mixture of ocher red and broken white.
- Fully equipped kitchen with the necessary appliances, such as ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, etc. The furniture is made of obra.
- There is another wood stove with fireplace and barbecue on the garage floor. It also has a refrigerator. Through this room you access the patio.
- In total there is 3 full bathrooms and a toilet.
- On the garage floor there is a ethnological museum where the utensils belonging to the time in which this house was doing the functions of inn.
