Description of La Cabanya
Rural house that is located in the complex of Mas de Serrat de la Teia, in the province of Girona, Catalonia. Tremendously cozy, being located in a secluded place of beautiful landscapes of nature, is a ideal place to spend a few days with your family and enjoy yours.
It consists of 3 rooms, 2 double and one single (to which you can add an extra bed) that therefore confer a capacity of 6 guests. It is a small, rustic style building that has been recently renovated to incorporate a series of modern details that offer maximum comfort.

On its exterior , the Cabanya is a small house attached to the farmhouse but whose exteriors are for private use:

On the ineteriores of the Cabanya, of 2 floors, you should know:
- The house is accessed through a beautiful original entrance in the form of semicircular arch, from it you access the living-dining room and the kitchen, a single diaphanous room in which the simple and rustic decoration stand out. This consists of a lounge area with a prefabricated chimney and a plasma television next to which is located a sofas zone, a dining area with a solid wooden table and the open kitchen but separated in another environment, which is fully equipped. In addition, on this ground floor we can also find a bathroom with shower very modern decoration. Note also of this accommodation that uses biomass heating, which is much more respectful with the environment
- In the upper floor se bedrooms are located, which are accessed through an original staircase. It has 3 rooms, of which one is individual (with possibility to be double by extra bed) and other 2 are marriage. Of these, its natural stone walls and warm wooden ceilings give it that rustic touch of rural buildings. We can also find on this floor another room of bathroom with shower, for the convenience of guests who also has hair dryer.

- We can find a yard-garden area in which we appreciate a solated area equipped with outdoor furniture as teak furniture and also has a barbecue móvil.
- The garden has spacious lawn areas, as well as from uan parking area.
