La Artesa

The rural house that we show here is located in the small town of Las Palas, with a population of not much more than a thousand inhabitants, surrounded by an incredible Murcian environment to spend a few days away from our routine stress.

The single-story façade is decorated in white tones typical of the area with a touch of earth color, creating a neutral visual effect between the landscape and the home, with a furnished porch where we can sit and enjoy the silence and the immensity of the place.

With a maximum capacity for 10 people, including the 2 extra beds that we can have, the house is distributed inside as follows:  

• A living room, decorated with exquisite taste in which the wooden ceiling and the closed fireplace take center stage, surrounded by sofas and other ornaments in neutral colors, with a table with chairs where we can enjoy the meals that, in the fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, we will prepare for our loved ones.

• 2 triple rooms with very comfortable single beds and a double bedroom with a double bed, all decorated in the same line as the rest of the house, including wardrobes and side tables that will allow us to accommodate ourselves completely.

• 2 bathrooms with all the comforts imaginable, 1 with a shower tray and the other with a bathtub, thus allowing a higher degree of comfort by also adding the necessary towel sets.

As if the interior of the house did not seem enough to us, outside we can make use of the barbecue, accompanied by a sink, an individual one that provides a greater rustic touch, accompanied, as a common area, by a children's area equipped with slides and swings and a leisure area for the elderly with a ping pong table and foosball, allowing us to cool off thanks to its magnificent indoor pool accompanied by a dreamy jacuzzi.

This rural house is located 5 kilometers from the small Murcian town of Las Palas, surrounded by an incredible natural environment that, added to the tranquility provided by the small population of the municipality, with just over a thousand inhabitants, makes this location an ideal place for rest and escape from the daily routine.

The environment we are talking about is made up of a great variety of regional parks, such as theSierra de la Muela, El Algarrrobo or Sierra Espuña, which invite us to take long walks through their hundreds of hectares and marvel at the views they offer of the region.

Not only can we focus on the closest natural environment, but we should not miss the opportunity to visit, located a few kilometers away, cities like Cartagena or Murcia, where we will be allowed to marvel at their historic centers and even spend a perfect day on the incredible Mediterranean beaches.
