This rural house is located in the Murcia region, away from the nearest town of Las Palas, 5 kilometers away, which together with the wonderful surroundings offers us the possibility of enjoying an incredibly quiet and comfortable experience.

As soon as we get closer we see a paved path that leads us to the furnished terrace of the house, with a well and plants next to it, which gives it at first glance, and adding to the façade, a rustic and cozy aura.

With a maximum capacity for 9 people, the rooms of the house are distributed as follows:  

• A open area in which the living room converges, decorated with white walls, leaving maximum prominence to the wood beams and furniture, with a sofa bed in front of a television and a fireplace that will warm us on cold nights, a table with chairs and an American bar that separates the dining area. thekitchen, which is completely equipped with everything you need.

• The 4 bedrooms follow the decorative line of the rest of the house, having 1 double, 1 triple and 2 doubles, furnished with wardrobes to make it easier for us to unpack our suitcase.

• 3 perfectly equipped bathrooms, which include a shower tray and a set of towels, following the trend of promoting comfort.

Outside, the house has a covered barbecue with a sink next to it and a table with chairs where you can enjoy it.

As a common area, the home shares a heated and closed pool with the rest of the complex, allowing its use throughout the year without depending on the weather. You can also use the games area foradults, with foosball, for tournaments and a ping pong table, or games for children, with a slide and swings, so they can be entertained while you, for example, rest.

This rural house is located in the middle of the countryside, 5 kilometers from the town of Las Palas, in the community of Murcia, with just over a thousand inhabitants, which adds, together with the environment, an incredible experience with a large number of places to visit and to get caught up in.

Surrounded by a large number of regional parks, such as Sierra del Algarrobo, de la Muela or Sierra Espuña, perfect places for nature lovers, where we can enjoy the landscape and exercise at the same time.

Finding this splendid, we cannot miss the opportunity to visit cities, a few kilometers away, such as Murcia, Cartagena or San Miguel, incredible places to walk through their historic centers and even to bathe in their wonderful and impressive beaches, and even taste their delicious cuisine.
