- A fairly spacious kitchen, perfectly equipped for the indicated occupancy volume, integrating under the countertops several common-use appliances that, both large and small, facilitate our guests' stay. There are elements of kitchenware and tableware for all users.
- A large dining room in which the rustic decoration that adorns the walls stands out, also with floral elements, which have been made with the vegetation of the area. This part of the house is made up of several tables distributed throughout the space, in wood, which includes its benches.
- A living room with a multi-seater sofa facing a bench with cushions where many people can sit, in addition, several armchairs and a table, handmade from an old yoke, in the center, leaving all the prominence to the wood fireplace, perfect for those cold months in Jaén. He also has his television to distract himself.
- A leisure room in which there is a foosball table and a pingpong table to enjoy in company. It also has decorative elements on its walls and rest areas to sit on.
- 9 bathrooms perfectly equipped with toilets, sinks on which the mirrors have been arranged, basic daily hygiene products and showers, one in each. Also, several towels so you don't have to worry about anything.
