The farm is located in the Mallorcan municipality of Santa Eugènia. Santa Eugènia comes from the name of the Alquería de Bernat of Santa Eugenia, which was a small medieval town that in the Islamic era took the name of a farm called Benibazari.

This beautiful house has different rooms. The house has a living room, kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and outdoor area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of items such as microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. The 2 bathrooms have either a bath or shower, and are equipped with all the necessary toiletries.

This accommodation is designed for a maximum of 6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.

On the outside of the house, you can take a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool. There is a zone solarium disposed with comfortable sunbeds, in addition to a barbecue area with outdoor furniture, in which to spend some delicious and peaceful evenings, thanks to the great barbecue and the landscape surrounding the house.

If you are going to go to the accommodation by vehicle, you have a free parking at your total availability.

All rooms in the house have free WI-FI connection. All are equipped and accommodated so that all their guests feel at home.

The environment in which the house is located, invites to perform various outdoor activities. The most demanded and recommended are cycling and hiking.

If you want to know the routes more impressive or the excursions more fun, the hotel can offer you all kinds of information of interest.

Less than 15 km you can visit many points and places of interest. The most interesting are:

• Coves and beaches: the best beaches and coves and the ones closest to the house are Cala Blava, Es Portitxol beach and Cala Estancia.
• Shopping center: a 7 km from the farm, you can visit the shopping center Festival Park. It is a mall that is outdoors and is also a great outlet for the most prestigious brands.
• Castillo de Alaró: This castle offers breathtaking views of the entire island. Inside there is a restaurant where you can taste typical dishes of the island.
• Aquarium: The palm aquarium is located 13 km from the house. It has very interesting marine species in addition to offering various shows, both for adults and for the smallest of the house.
• Yacht Club: The Palma yacht club houses the most impressive yachts on the island. If you want to have a coffee or a cocktail, in its facilities there are bars and restaurants that offer the best.
