Our Hostel is located within the town of Peguerinos, of Ávila and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

A home fullyadapted for people with reduced mobility, which will provide you with the best tourism experience, with modern and very functional elements.

It is rented for a minimum of two days.

It has space for 12-14 people, and has the following rooms:

• A very large kitchen whose work counter is L-shaped, and which has a window that allows natural light to enter the interior. It has all the appliances, and also the kitchenware that is distributed among the closets. Also, so you can eat here, an oval wooden table with its set of chairs.

• A living room that also has a space for the dining room, with its elongated wooden table. The rest area is made up of armchairs, which are oriented towards the front where we have the wood-burning fireplace, and from which you can watch the television.

• 3 bathrooms that serve the entire home, and have been decorated with striking tones and modern and design elements. Both have a shower among their toilets, and also have towel sets.

• 4 bedrooms that are distributed in such a way thatthere are 2 quadruples, which are made up of 2 bunk beds each and a separate bed. The third bedroom hasa pair of bunk beds and a separate bed; and finally there is one with a double bed, very spacious, bright and in green that has a bathroom.

• The 1000 m2 garden with barbecue and a wide variety of native plants.

Already in the exterior areas, the house has a large number of green areas, spacious and in front of the main façade, which is accessed through a path.

Our accommodation is located within the province of Ávila, where we find the Peguerinos area. 20 km fromSan Lorenzo de El Escorial.

It is an area protected by the Sierra Norte de Guadarrama Natural Park and Azalvaro SPA. Large pine forests, oak forests, rivers with waterfalls, reservoirs. Emblematic fauna species such as the black vulture, the black stork, the imperial eagle and other birds of prey, as well as otters, wild cats, and even wolves.

We have several hiking and mountain routes that are spread throughout the area, and that will allow you to see first-hand the endemic vegetation.

As for heritage, you can enjoy:

• Trenches and bunkers of the Civil War (there is a very long route on the subject)
• The parish church.
• The Peguerinos Square
