This rural apartment is a Caserio duplex which has been reformed in 2012. It is settled at 1.3km. From Etxalar, a town in Navarra, and has a capacity to welcome 8+1 people.

Inside the house there is 4 double bedrooms with bathroom. 2 of them have a marriage bed and the remaining others, 2 separate individual beds. 3 of the rooms are abuhardilladas and has a balcony exit. 

On the ground floor, the house has a living room with television and chimney together with a kitchen equipped with appliances such as oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave or hob, and all kinds of chesting. 10 people fit at the dining table to enjoy any breakfast, food or dinner together.

The house also has a terrace with barbecue and views of the mountains.

Etxalar, is a town of 800 inhabitants belonging to the five villas, and is oriented north of Navarra.

If there is something that characterizes the people, it is their famous pigeon capture tradition with networks that is done in autumn.

Your situation will allow you to visit natural spaces as characteristic as the Lordship of Bertiz natural park, the Bazta Valle border without wasting much time.
