Have you imagined staying in a traditional Navarrese house with all the comforts? So this is the time. This home, which is called "our land", is a renovated single-family rural house located in the heart of Sunbilla, in the northeast of Navarra, in the valley of the Bidasoa river, brother of the Baztán valley and full pre-Pyrenean mountains.

The accommodation, with availability of 8 places, is distributed as follows:

• Inside we find: 4 themed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a living room.
• Outside: an extensive garden and a porch with barbecue.

The rooms are divided into 2 with double beds and another 2 with 2 single beds.
All rooms are exterior. In addition, you can enjoy free internet connection (WiFi) and natural gas central heating.

The house has everything you need, such as bedding, towels, iron, washing machine, stall, washing machine, cleaning and personal hygiene products, such as gel, shampoo and body milk, etc.

Furthermore, if you have a passion for bicycles, the house offers 5 MTB bicycles, one for teenagers, one for 20' children and another for children up to 3 years old, all of them for free use.
There are also games to enjoy in the garden: slide, tricycle, dartboard, cards, dominoes and baby toys.

And you will even find outside some fruit trees such as olive trees, apple orchards, cherry trees, pear trees, etc., along with aromatic plants that you can use for cooking.

In short, the house provides the guest with everything necessary for their comfort and thus makes them feel like they are in their own home.

The location of Sunbilla is key to the enjoyment of everything that surrounds the town. And an example of this is the Norway-Portugal bicycle route, named Eurovelo Route nº1, which runs near the rural house, so cycle tourism is of great importance in this place.

The area also highlights adventure sports, such as mountain bike cycling routes, zip line parks, segway and descents.

There are numerous hiking routes of different levels. You can dare to take short flat walks and even dare to go to the mountains with peaks more than 1,000 meters high. In addition, The Bidasoa Greenway is a 39 km route through prominent towns in Navarra and Guipúzcoa.

It is worth highlighting the proximity (less than 10 kilometers) to the Señorío de Bertiz Natural Park, a natural reserve with historical and ecological importance that houses an area of forest fauna of great and outstanding beauty.

Nearby we also find the Donamaria Palace from the 15th century with a typical mountain tower.

Furthermore, being between San Sebastián and Pamplona, the idea of being able to get closer and visit these cities is really feasible and attractive.
