Finca las Herrerillas

This large rural house is in a small Toledo municipality, section of the main urban centers and in a quiet enclave that allows guests a complete break. It is a farm with a single house, reformed but that maintains its original structure. It is ideal for large groups, since it has space for 26 people.

It has, first, a large, bright and cozy dining room with cuisine 80 m2. At one end of the stay is the living room, which consists of a sofa and several wicker seats, a wooden furniture with music equipment and a television plasma hanging on the wall.

In the center of the room is the dining area in which we find a wooden table with capacity for 6 diners and a chimney of cast iron that, together with the radiators provides warmth to the entire room. At the end of this we locate the cuisine, totally renovated and equipped with high -end appliances, such as winemakers, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator or washing machine, among others. It has several ancient barrels that decorate it.

The house is divided into 2 plants and in the upper the 4 bedrooms are distributed. 2 of them have 3 individual beds and the other 2, with a marriage and individual bed at home one. These are three triple rooms that allow a large number of guests to host. All bedrooms consist of their corresponding bedding, night tables and windows that provide magnificent views of the environment.

The accommodation houses inside 5 bathrooms and 4 of them are located inside each of the bedrooms. All of them are complete, equipped with toilet, sink and shower or bathtub. Each of the rooms and bathrooms has its own radiator.

Outside, housing has a broad land to perform all kinds of activities. It has a great barbecue of firewood to enjoy an outdoor barbecue as a family. It also consists of a spacious porch in which different tables, banks and chairs are located.

Guests can also enjoy a great pool discovered and fenced where to cool off during the hottest days of the peninsular interior. The house is located in El Toboso, a small Castilian -Romanche town whose surroundings are composed of vast lands typical of the community. 

It is worth highlighting some nearby towns, such as Alcázar de San Juan, cryptan field or Madridejos. One of the most characteristic elements of this area are its mills and a municipality that preserves them perfectly is Mota del Cuervo.

Villarrobledo is another town located at a short distance and which stands out for its famous music festival Viña Rock.
