Finca las Herrerillas

This large rural house is located in a small municipality Toledano, away from main urban centers and in a quiet enclave that allows guests a complete rest. It is a farm with a single house, renovated but maintaining its original structure. It is ideal for large groups, as it has space for 26 people.

It has, first of all, a spacious, bright and cozy living room with kitchen of 80 m2. At one end of the room is the living room, which consists of a sofa and several wicker armchairs, a wooden piece of furniture with a music system and a plasma television hanging on the wall.

In the center of the room is the dining area where we find a wooden table with capacity for 6 people and a cast iron fireplace that, together with the radiators, provides warmth to the entire room. At the end of this we find the kitchen, completely renovated and equipped with high-end appliances, such as a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator or washing machine, among others. It has several old barrels that decorate it.

The house is divided into 2 floors and the upper floor has the 4 bedrooms. 2 of them have 3 single beds and the other 2, with a double and single bed in house one. These are three triple rooms that can accommodate a large number of guests. All bedrooms have their correspondingbedding, bedside tables and windows that provide magnificent views of the surroundings.

The accommodation houses 5 bathrooms and 4 of them are located inside each of the bedrooms. All of them are complete, equipped with a toilet, sink and shower or bathtub. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms has its own radiator.

Outside, the house has a large land to carry out all kinds of activities. It has a large wood-burning barbecue to enjoy an outdoor barbecue with the family. It also consists of a spacious porch where different tables, benches and chairs are located.

Guests can also enjoy a large outdoor and fenced pool where they can cool off during the hottest days in the interior of the peninsula. The house is located in El Toboso, a small Castilian-La Mancha town whose surroundings are made up of vast lands typical of the community. 

It is worth highlighting some nearby towns, such as Alcázar de San Juan, Campo de Criptana or Madridejos. One of the most characteristic elements of this area are its mills and a municipality that preserves them perfectly isMota del Cuervo.

Villarrobledo is another town located a short distance away and which stands out for its famous Viña Rock music festival.
