This rural house is located in the municipality of La Cuevarruz (Alpuente), in Valencia. A place where the noise of traffic is replaced by the singing of birds.

Suitable for 7 people, it is the ideal house to come as a family or group. Stone, wood and clay are the 3 main materials of this property with the gift of transporting its guests to a state of relaxation, peace and rest.

The accommodation has the following characteristics:

• 3 double bedrooms. All of them with comfortable beds. The main room has a canopy. The stone walls and wooden ceilings surround these rooms in a rustic environment that is also cool in the summer. It has windows that give the room natural daylight. 

• Living room - dining room. Ceramic floors, stone walls, ceiling with wooden beams...there is nothing more rustic. But all this does nothing more than provide shelter for a modern television, large sofas and a designer fireplace. In addition, this space is completed with a table for all the diners in the house.

• Kitchen made of tile and violet fabrics. Equipped with everything you need to prepare your best stews. To highlight the extractor hood with a minimalist design.

• Bathroom with hydromassage cabin to relax before drying off to the sound of the dryer.

Outside its walls, we cannot ignore that this house is located within the El Cau dels Somnis complex, so it benefits from the following exterior elements:

• Garden patios, where you can enjoy the smell of nature.

• Outdoor jacuzzi, to combat the Mediterranean sun in the most relaxed way.

• Barbecue, in case you want to turn your indoor kitchen into a great barbecue.

Our rural house is located in Alpuente, a small town of just 70 inhabitants, perfect for disconnecting.
