This rural house is located in the town of La Cuevarruz (Alpuente), in the province of Valencia. This small town of just 70 residents is the perfect place to breathe nature, listen to silence and enjoy resting.

The accommodation, with capacity for 5 people, is located within the El Cau dels Somnis complex.

With stone walls and a ground floor, this rural apartment has the following characteristics:

• 2 double bedrooms: Comfortable, spacious and with a design typical of the rural environment in which we operate. In it, the advances of modernity are mixed with rustic charm. Stone walls, wooden windows and canopy bed are the most representative elements of these rooms.

• Living room – dining room: It is the perfect room for disconnection and relaxed moments. Spacious and comfortable sofas are interspersed with other elements, such as the fireplace or the television, so you don't miss a minute of your favorite program. This room is completed with a large dining table, suitable for all the guests in the house.

• Kitchen: Completely equipped so you can prepare your best dishes. Rustic design is mixed with modern appliances. Includes dishwasher and washing machine, for those inconvenient stains.

• Bathroom: The contrast between rustic and modern is more pronounced here. Stone walls articulate a fully equipped room with a hydromassage shower.

But not everything ends behind the walls. The complex in which we find El Ratolí has ​​2 landscaped patios, with barbecue, for those summer barbecues, an outdoor SPA and a Moorish oven.
