El Torn

El Torn is an excellent rural house located in Garrillega which is located between 3 natural parks. Although it was completely renovated in 2011, the house retains its original structure from the 19th century. XVIII, stone and brick, typical in the houses of this area of ​​the province of Girona. Some of the furniture from that period has also been restored.

The accommodation, with capacity for 8 people, is very comfortable and has been decorated with great style, perfectly combining classic and modern. 

In the house there are 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other two with the possibility of 2 single beds or a double bed. All rooms have their own bathroom.

Other rooms are the following: properly equipped kitchen with dining table and living room with wood-burning fireplace.  The house also has a hall, which also serves as a living room.

In the outdoor part, the house consists of a wonderful terrace with sun loungers and a porch with barbecue and table for lunch/dinner.

This charming mountain town is located in the Alto de Ampurdán region where you can visit the following points of interest:

• Parish Churchl of Santa Eulalia de Noves, a pre-Romanesque building of great cultural value that had belonged to the monastery of San Pedro de Roda.
• Santa María de Camp, a former priory.

The location of the house is very privileged, since it is also close to these natural parks: Cap de Creus, Albera and the Empordá Wetlands.
