The owners, friendly and cordial, when we arrived we had the house warm, but the town has absolutely nothing, to buy something you have to go to 5 kilos.

The house was clean, it was also a detail that the fireplace was on when you arrived, the atmosphere was cozy.  

In all rooms there are radiators and at no time goes cold. The only thing that would stand out is that the furniture is a bit old. For everyday use, nothing is missing.

The owners were watching us at all times. The house was well equipped. Very good quality price. To be the end of September the garden was very good, there were mosquitoes but that is normal at the time we went.

The garden was badly taken care of, nobody cut the grass there were poops of dogs and birds everywhere ... besides there is not enough light in the garden at night, we had to call the neighbor to put his focus on us.  

The tables and chairs provided were dirty and broken and the most important thing is that we asked the owner if there would be any noise problem because we saw a previous complaint and it was my mother's 50th birthday and we were going to be about 20, he said that there was no problem and that the only neighbors we had was the townhouse next door and that they work for him, so they would not complain. What was our surprise when at twelve twenty the lady in the back villa knocked on the door to tell us that if we continued to make trouble, I was going to call the Civil Guard. In addition, the lady told us that she complains constantly and that she is tired of telling the owner to stop renting the house to large groups that make a mess ...  

I had to be calling the owner to pay him, he told me I'm going now and he showed up the next day when we were not ...  

They never gave us the key to the Wi-Fi ... And at the end the girl next door came to charge us because he never approached us again nor asked us about the house or anything ...  

The town has nothing or even a store. In short, I kept looking and did not spend my money.
