Our accommodation is located in the urban area of the town of Velayos, a charming area in which you will be able to enjoy the tranquility on your trip to Ávila.
It is a traditional accommodation but with all the comforts that you can imagine to make you feel at home, and be able to disconnect with yours.
It is an ideal accommodation for groups that have a space for a maximum of 12 people, and that they will find in their different plants, the following rooms:

It has a set of armchairs upholstered in leather, which look forward in which we have the plasma television, and also the firewood fireplace that will contribute warmth to the dining area, with wooden table and chairs.

My name is César Arzabe, I am the new owner this accommodation. Its objective is to continue with the house and its high use. I have made an implementation to the house from what I already had, adding a football and a barbecue for the user. We have also implemented fiber.
The best of the house, apart from the bathrooms, are undoubtedly the bedrooms and bedding. The house is also characterized by the wide main space, the kitchen, and the winery, with its football and dart game, as well as its open bar.
In the surroundings of the area there is just at the entrance a kiosk and the main square of the town, as well as the Church, not far away the restaurants and other establishments would remain.
